Theme |

Theme verse -
Colossians 1:28
We proclaim Him, admonishing and teaching
everyone with all wisdom, so that we may
present everyone perfect in Christ.
Special Ops is
an elite force, specially trained to carry
out the orders of the Supreme Commander
without hesitation or delay. These
highly trained commandos are intimately
familiar with the battle plan (God's Word),
they have disciplined themselves for the
mission and understand their orders - to
proclaim Him.

Are you ready
to reject the status-quo of this sinful
world and
join the Special Ops
tour of duty? After all, we already know who
the victor will be.

SPEAKER
Joe Brown
Joe
Brown has been the youth pastor at Heritage Bible Church in Bakersfield for 10
years. He’s been in youth ministry for 30 years and is still learning about
teenagers. His daughter is 19 years old and she was one of his best youth group
critics. His son is now 11 years old and can’t wait to join the youth group next
year. Joe has been married to Lorrie for over 25 years and she’s still his
greatest supporter. Joe is also the founder and director of the Christian Youth
Film Festival encouraging and equipping teenagers to make short films about
their faith.
MUSIC
Stories in Braille
(formerly AfterSunday)
Author
Jim Fiebig once wrote: “There is a wonder in braille that the sighted
will never know; to touch words and have them touch you back.” Words
and music have the power to capture our thoughts, hold sway over our
emotions, and paint our imaginations. Stories in Braille is a band that
wants to play a part in this process for people. Through their words
and music, the guys want to simply tell stories that everyone listening
can feel in a real way, and ultimately, to create space for God to
move. Please check them out at:

Medical |
|
It is our desire to provide a fun, yet
safe, environment for each camper. In order to accomplish this,
a
Registered Nurse is on-site and available 24-hours-a-day to
assist with medical emergencies, first-aid, and administration of medications. Please ensure that
medical forms are filled out completely. All campers' medications must be
in their original
containers, labeled with name and clear instructions.
Medications should then be placed in one labeled zip-lock
bag per individual. These bags are to be turned in to the nurse upon check-in.
