Theme - Under Construction

Theme verse - Luke 6:47-48

47Everyone who comes to Me and hears My words and acts on them, I will show you whom he is like:

48he is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid a foundation on the rock; and when a flood occurred, the torrent burst against that house and could not shake it, because it had been well built.

It's our desire to help students build their lives on the only firm foundation - Jesus Christ and to walk with Him in such a way that, whatever storms may come, they will stand firm.  Knowing what we believe and why we believe it is critical as we are constantly bombarded by the world's building plan for our lives, which only leads to destruction.

Speaker - Kelly Wright

Before moving to Southern California in 2002 to attend The Master’s College, Kelly worked in student ministries in Anchorage, Alaska.  After receiving his undergraduate degree, he began to attend The Master’s Seminary.  Kelly now holds his M.Div. from The Master’s Seminary and is currently pursuing his Th.M. degree.  He serves as pastor of the Grace Church junior high ministry.  It is his joy to see students come to a greater love for Jesus Christ.

Music - Plan-b

With heart’s committed to pointing young people to Christ and incredible giftedness musically, plan-b have become a favorite at Hartland. Kids will be immediately attracted to Plan-b’s upbeat and energetic style as they learn to truly focus their worship on Jesus Christ.
