Fishing

Hartland typically stocks the pond with Rainbow Trout in May, June and August. A valid California Fishing license is required for those 16 and over. A limited amount of fishing equipment is available for sale at our store. Hartland provides all the necessary equipment at no charge for those attending our annual Father/Child Fishermen's Conference.

Fishing licenses can be purchased at most any store that carries fishing equipment or they can be purchased online at http://www.dfg.ca.gov/licensing/ols/.
