Home School Family Camps

Summary

HARTLAND'S HOME SCHOOL FAMILY CAMPS HAVE BEEN PROVIDING QUALITY EDUCATION AND AMAZING OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS.

Hartland has a heart for home schooling families. That's why we've created these unique programs designed specifically for families who have chosen home schooling. We have combined fun family activities, crafts, and games, with in-depth teaching of biblical values, to create a program that is like no other. Home School Family Camps are designed to keep families together. You'll enjoy worshiping together, playing together, learning together, and growing together in a safe, positive, and uplifting environment.

Along with great messages from our main speakers, each Home School Family Camp offers outdoor education classes that include hands-on experiences that will make learning fun and memorable. Seminar leaders will present a variety of topics focusing on the wonders of God's amazing creations. Families have the opportunity to learn together in a positive, family-friendly environment and to deepen their faith in the Lord as they develop a better understanding of His character.

John Harrell has served as the Director of Musical Worship at First Baptist Church in Ojai CA since 2010. John, his wife, Cristin, and three boys are fellow homeschoolers who love the Lord and seek to bring Him glory as a family. John has expressed his passion that worship come from a repentant heart in love with God more than from our voices or our instruments.

  • Outdoor Science Class: Aaron Ryssemus

In Romans we learn that God's invisible attributes can be clearly seen through studying the environment He's created. Aaron is a truly gifted teacher who has a deep love for revealing God through His creation. Families will explore the outdoor classroom to discover the amazing designs of our awesome designer.
