Additional spots may be requested if we still have space at that week of camp. Asking for additional spots increases your minimum charge guarantee for that event.

Hartland allows for 1 free counselor per 7 paying campers. Take your minimum # of campers and add your counselors to get your total. Any counselors outside of this ratio are charged the camper rate.

Hartland is only serving church groups at our youth camps at this time. If a student without a church asks about attending camp and is from your city, are you okay with us referring them to your church to see if you have space? (The goal is to get youth tied in with a home church so you can disciple them all year.) *

Would your church/group like to donate $10 towards Hartland's Endowment Fund? This fund builds a more secure future for the ministry at Hartland (we can add it to your invoice). *

Would you like to learn more about bringing your group up for a volunteer service project? (We have opportunities throughout the year where your group can stay for free while completing service projects, some do midweeks, others do weekends, etc.) *
