Special Projects
Hartland is on the move, and exciting new projects are in store for the near future!
But we need your help. Hartland is focusing on micro-projects to help improve our campus and our overall guest experience.
Would you prayerfully consider joining with others to support one or more of these exciting new projects? We look forward to blessing our guests with some thrilling new upgrades when they visit Hartland in the coming months.
100% of your donation will be dedicated to the projects below. All funds donated over and above the current project will be moved to the next project in line.
Working together, we can accomplish far more than on our own.
This year, generous donors like you have donated over $15,000 towards these ongoing projects!

Project 1: Cafe Deck Phase 2
Donation Goal: $10,000
Total Estimated Project Cost: $15,000-$25,000.
Recommended donation share: $50-$1,000
Total Funded to date: $0/$15,000
Scope: We will be building a roof covering over the recently repaired deck. This will allow Hartland to increase our outdoor seating capacity regardless of the weather and protect the deck from sun and weather damage for decades to come. Churches utilize outdoor seating areas for break-out sessions and this will help meet that need. The Cafe deck now has seating for 32 guests with our latest table and chair updates.

Scope: Hartland will be purchasing 2 tractor implements and other materials for use in our fire prevention efforts. We hope to mitigate fire risks by proactively removing ladder fuels throughout the year. Hartland is dedicated to camper safety and preserving our campus for future ministry. We are currently splitting our 400 acre campus into 8 grids, with a focus on 1 grid per year, tending to all areas of the campus every 8 years.
