Shelly Cook Volkhardt

Shelly Cook Volkhardt has a passion is to encourage women to find who God is for their every need.  Shelly is a missionary, author, speaker, Bible teacher and mentor. She enjoys a rich missionary heritage. Her grandparents were missionaries to China and her parents were missionaries in Taiwan where she was born and raised. Shelly and her husband have been missionaries themselves for 34 years, 20 years in Ecuador serving with HCJB Global. They are missionaries with Paraclete Mission Group where Glen serves as CEO. Shelly and Mimi Wilson have co-authored Holy Habits: A Woman’s Guide to Intentional Living, and Trusting in His Goodness, A Woman’s Guide to Knowing God’s Purpose. She also co-authored with Muriel Cook, Kitchen Table Counseling, A Practical and Biblical Guide for Women Helping Others. She and her husband, Glen, live in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and they have two grown sons.
