  • Finance Coordinator

    Hartland is now accepting applications for the position of Finance Coordinator.

    Description:

    Under the direction of the Business Manager the Finance Coordinator is responsible for Hartland’s AP, AR, donations, payroll, HR, financial planning, and reporting.

    Requirements:

    • - Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a willingness to serve others
    • - Must be friendly and able to work well with others
    • - Detail-oriented and organized
    • - Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
    • - Experience and formal training in both Accounting and Bookkeeping
    • - Experience in Quick Books, Microsoft Excel, and Word

  • Food Service Manager

    NOW HIRING!

    Hartland is now accepting applications for the position of Food Service Manager. This is a key management position that includes oversight of all areas of Hartland Food Service including Kitchen, Dining Hall, Coffee Shop, management of all food service employees, as well as hands on cooking and training. 
    Applicants must have Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a willingness to serve others, be organized and able to oversee multiple tasks and work crews, friendly and able to work well with others, be a self-starter, able to work independently, complete tasks in a timely manner, and posses exceptional customer service skills.

    Requirements:

    • Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a willingness to serve others
    • Must be friendly and able to work well with others
    • Leadership ability
    • Must have experience in all areas of food preparation, county health standards, and menu planning
    • Must be able to create and operate within a budget
