Event Requests Details Needed (2 weeks prior to event)
Please note these are only requests, our rec team will review and we will send back what has been approved ahead of your event.
As of today, how many guests are you expecting. A small range is okay (25-30) but avoid large ranges.
Please note, Hartland assigns final meeting space(s) based on group-size and total # of groups on site. (Upper Room is no longer a meeting space)
Please note, Hartland provides basic sound setup (mics, music stands, di-boxes) in our pre-existing meeting space configurations. If you need anything beyond this, please be prepared to bring 100% of your own equipment).
Please note, Hartland can only provide a basic set up for sound, which means a few mics, music stands, 2-3 Di-Boxes. Video Projection is available for a fee. We are unable to provide specialized equipment or lighting. Your group may decide to bring supplemental items or your own equipment altogether.
Be sure to utilize housing that Hartland has approved beforehand. Hartland is unable to approve additional housing without prior authorization as we serve and contract multiple groups. Please utilize as few rooms as possible per Hartland's policies.

This is the person in charge of firstaid/medical issues during your stay.
Nurse, EMT, Basic First Aid, etc.
This person will pick up your welcome packet and keysets as well as make final payment upon check-in at your event. Payment must be made in order to receive your packet and keys.
Please note, the minimum guarantee payment is two two weeks prior to your event start date. Failure to pay this amount may result in event cancellation.
