Women’s Retreat is a fun and unique way to enjoy a relaxing weekend getaway with other ladies and is centered around themes of the Bible that will give you inspiration and ideas that will impact your growth as a Christian throughout the year.  Enjoy a wonderful weekend of fellowship with other ladies, inspiring worship, solid Bible teaching, and outstanding food.     Laura Rhodes has been on staff in both non-profit and church settings for over thirty years. As a speaker, facilitator and spiritual director, Laura encourages others to know God in delightful and meaningful ways. Her desire is for others to be aware of God’s fingerprints in daily life, and for them to appreciate His presence in life's joys and challenges. Laura has been married for 33 years, and has three adult children and one adorable little dog.

REFRESHMENT

Women's Retreat is very purposefully designed to encourage and refresh women in their walk with Christ and to foster encouraging relationships with other women. You will laugh together and grow together through fun activities, fellowship, heart-felt worship, and Bible teaching.

DINING

You will LOVE all the great food at Women's Retreat. Enjoy all-you-can-eat buffet for every meal, full salad bar for lunches and dinners, and an outstanding variety of mouthwatering dishes to choose from.

SEMINARS

Each year we bring in a variety of gifted teachers to lead seminars on a number of topics such as relationships, marriage, child rearing, quiet times, hospitality and many other exciting topics. Seminar leaders share pertinent information in a fun and relaxed environment to provide you with the tools you need to make it practical in your everyday life.

  • Earplugs (if your room mates snore)
  • Towel (towels are provided for those staying in deluxe lodging)

  • Pillow (pillows are provided for those staying in deluxe lodging)
  • Soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc
  • Insect repellent
  • Water bottle (for those who enjoy hiking)
  • Spending money for the snack bar/gift shop

Arrive at camp between 4:00 and 6:00 pm on Friday
Camp ends after brunch on Sunday

Registration includes two nights lodging, meals, program and recreation.

A non-refundable deposit of $40 will hold your reservation.

In order to receive a group discount we will require a minimum of seven (7) individuals and a guarantee of ½ the maximum occupancy for each room you would like to reserve. In other words, if a single room has a maximum occupancy of 8 people, we will require a minimum guarantee of 4 people in order to reserve that room. Also, we will require ½ the normal deposit, which would be $20 per person rather than the individual deposit of $40 per person.
 
Registration included dinner on Friday through brunch on Sunday, program and all recreation activities.
Our part:
  • We supply all necessary informational brochures, registration forms, confirmation notices, etc. that you will need to register and confirm your campers. You will receive a reduction in camp fees for each camper.

Your part:

  • You decide how may camper spots you want to reserve
  • You secure the spots by requesting a contract and making a deposit of $20 per individual, paid in one check
  • You collect the completed registration cards and money from your campers
  • You give the camper the confirmation information
  • You give Hartland the completed forms and one check for the balance of the fees due
