At Hartland Christian Camp, we don’t just provide a facility; we provide a space for transformation. Every year, thousands of students, families, and adults from churches across California, Nevada, and even Utah, encounter the Gospel while here at camp. We believe Hartland is your church’s “Outdoor Campus”—a vital tool in your mission to make disciples of the next generation and we seek to partner with you in the work you do everyday in the lives of your church and ministry group.

Our rates are based on group size, lodging options, and the time of year. If your event dates are flexible, we have off-season reduced rates from November through April of each year. Please get in touch with us for the most up-to-date rates for your specific event.

Rental Information Request
Please complete this form to request a quote to rent Hartland's facilities for your event. We will contact you promptly to confirm the details and to provide you with any additional information you may need.
If you're church is part of a denomination or affiliation of churches, please share that info here. If your church is non-denominational, just type that.
If your church doesn't have a website, just type in "none". You will need to email your church Statement of Faith or Doctrinal Policies to info@hartlandcamp.com as part of our review process.
(e.g. Youth Pastor, Sr Pastor, Youth Director, Women's Ministry, etc.)

Please let us know the low end and high end number that your group could potentially bring (example: 30-45). This helps us is sharing available dates that your group may fit.
We often have varying projects such as raking, pruning, painting, and more.
Please note, we cannot guarantee the availability of the pool any given year due to seasonal repairs required after particularly harsh winters.
Hartland provides one meeting space for each group and assigns all final locations at its sole discretion. Hartland will review additional requests as they are made, but we agree to provide one meeting space for your group. At times, all of our meeting spaces are in use by other groups who may be alongside your own, or be unavailable for a variety of reasons including remodeling/repairs, or stewardship reasons. If an additional space is made available, you understand there will be an additional charge which will be communicated at that time.
Hartland requires all ministry partners to share the Gospel of Christ with your guests. Many may already know the Lord, but it is best to never assume and make the opportunity available.
Hartland serves a variety of churches with varying practices concerning music (as well as our neighbors) and we ask that groups only play Christian music while on site (this includes when hyping up a youth event).

The Reality: Why Partnership is Essential While registration fees cover the "hospitality" (meals and beds), they do not cover the full cost of the Mission. To remain a permanent, high-impact resource for your church, we are seeking "Missionary Partners" who will stand with us.
