We often have varying projects such as raking, pruning, painting, and more.

Pool usage - We understand that pool usage is limited to June through August and if our group desires to use the pool, it must be coordinated in advance of our stay and we are responsible to provide certified lifeguards. Not all requests are approved. *

Please note, we cannot guarantee the availability of the pool any given year due to seasonal repairs required after particularly harsh winters.

Meeting Room - We understand our contract includes the use of one meeting space. *

Hartland provides one meeting space for each group and assigns all final locations at its sole discretion. Hartland will review additional requests as they are made, but we agree to provide one meeting space for your group. At times, all of our meeting spaces are in use by other groups who may be alongside your own, or be unavailable for a variety of reasons including remodeling/repairs, or stewardship reasons. If an additional space is made available, you understand there will be an additional charge which will be communicated at that time.

Hartland serves a variety of churches with varying practices concerning music (as well as our neighbors) and we ask that groups only play Christian music while on site (this includes when hyping up a youth event).
