Seasonal (Part-Time)

Thank you for your interest in seasonal employment at Hartland Christian Camp. Serving in camping ministry can be one of the most fulfilling jobs you’ll ever experience. Our seasonal staff help Hartland meet ministry objectives during our non-summer season. Support roles exist to further the mission of sharing the Gospel at camp while we serve the church all year long.

Hartland is dedicated to bringing glory to Christ and serving His Church all year long. Candidates should be sincere followers of Christ, highly-motivated to share the Gospel, ministry-focused, and high-performing individuals, regardless of the role being applied for. All candidates are required to provide a pastoral reference as part of the application process in order to be considered for any role at camp.

Weekend Workers

Hartland is currently accepting applications for part-time weekend workers.

Description:
Hartland provides weekend employment in Food Service, Maintenance, and Accommodations during the fall, winter, and spring seasons. These positions are on an as-needed basis and are primarily designed for those living within relatively close proximity to Hartland. Transportation to and from camp is the employee’s responsibility. Applicants must be able to complete tasks promptly, willing to do multiple assignments, and possess a Christ-like customer service mindset.

Requirements:

  • A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a willingness to serve others
  • Must be friendly and able to work well with others
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and complete tasks promptly
  • Current CA food handler card (if serving in Food Service)
