Hartland is on the move, and exciting new projects are in store for the near future!
But we need your help. Hartland is focusing on micro-projects to help improve our campus and our overall guest experience.
Would you prayerfully consider joining with others to support one or more of these exciting new projects? We look forward to blessing our guests with some thrilling new upgrades when they visit Hartland in the coming months.
100% of your donation will be dedicated to the projects below. All funds donated over and above the current project will be moved to the next project in line.

Project 1: Cafe Deck Repair and Upgrade
Donation Goal: $15,000
Total Estimated Project Cost: $25,000-$35,000.
Recommended donation share: $50-$1,000
Total Funded to date: $2,250/$15,000
Scope: Hartland staff will be taking on the remodel/repair, and the cost primarily deals with supplies such as lumber and materials. Tables and seating are also part of this project.
Project 2: Increased boating availability
Donation Goal: 20-30 boats ($200/each)
Donation Goal: $6,500
Total Estimated Project Cost: $6,000-$8,000
Recommended donation share: $100-$1,000

Scope: We hope to increase the usability of the pond water feature during the May-October period at camp for all guests.
Project 3: Accessibility Improvements (ongoing)
Donation Goal: $15,000
Total Estimated Project Cost: $10,000-$150,000
Recommended donation share: $100-$1,500
Total Funded to date: $50/$15,000
Scope: These improvements include grab bars in certain locations, repairs to stairs or walkways, paving some paths or entry roads that are currently dirt accessible, and other items.

Project 4: Camp Wortman Campus Improvements
Donation Goal: $15,000
Total Estimated Project Cost: $15,000-$30,000
Recommended donation share: $50-$200

Scope: We hope to paint/finish the outside of the lodge and make improvements to the lodge restrooms,showers, and kitchen. We also hope to provide more meeting setup materials inside the lodge (upgraded tables, chairs, etc.) The purpose is to better serve groups who use this low-cost site without increasing the rate. By making improvements through donations, we are able to continue to pass on the lower rates for the use of this facility.
