Pool usage - We understand that pool usage is limited to June through August and if our group desires to use the pool, it must be coordinated in advance of our stay and we are responsible to provide certified lifeguards. Not all requests are approved. *

Please note, we cannot guarantee the availability of the pool any given year due to seasonal repairs required after particularly harsh winters.

Meeting Room - We understand our contract includes the use of one meeting space. *

Hartland will review additional requests as they are made, but we agree to provide one meeting space for your group. At times, all of our meeting spaces are in use by other groups who may be alongside your own, or be unavailable for a variety of reasons including remodeling/repairs, or stewardship reasons.

Hartland requires all ministry partners to share the Gospel of Christ with your guests. Many may already know the Lord, but it is best to never assume and make the opportunity available.
