Home School Outdoor Education Day(s)
Join us at camp for a day event geared towards the Home School and Home Educator community!
Families can see firsthand how Hartland Christian Camp can fit into their annual schedule by previewing our facilities and some of our primary activities during this outdoor education event.
Enjoy a day of hitting the hiking trails, enjoying our pond, and other planned activities.
There are two separate event being held on two separate dates:
April 14, 2026 – Day One (Water Focus – classes on kayaking & gold rush/panning)
April 16, 2026 – Day Two (Forest Life & Archery focus – classes on archery and interactive walk-through)
Cost: $10 per person (Ages 0-2 are free). This covers all scheduled recreation and classes.
Register in advance as there will be a limited number of walk-up registrations available the day of the event.
Please note, payment is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
There may be long lines at registration if you have not registered and completed any needed forms prior to your arrival.
All needed materials will be emailed to you prior to the event.

The final schedule will be posted the week before camp:
8:30am-9:00am Check-in/Registration
9am Kick-Off in the Outdoor Chapel/Bible Devotional
9:30am-11:45am Zipline & Boats
12pm-1pm (Grab a bite in the Cafe* or enjoy your own sack lunch you brought)
1pm-2pm Class 1
2pm-3pm Free Time
3pm-4pm Class 2
4pm – End of Day
4:15pm Depart Campus
All day activities: Boats*, Volleyball (at Ballfield), Hiking, Gaga Ball, Disc Golf, 9-Square, Carpet Ball
Cafe Hours: 9:30am-3:45pm (plan to visit the Cafe well before camp closes)
*Please note, meals are not included in registration and boats will be dependent upon weather and sufficient water to fill our pond. Plan to bring a sack lunch or purchase items in the Cafe.
